Surespear:
The Patent protected Surespear system offers the following UNIQUE features. Gravity fed sampling feature offering a truly representative sample over a wide range of loose
products. Consistent, repeatable sample volumes achievable as the Surespear is entering and exiting the load being sampled. Adjustable tip aperture allowing sample volumes to be
easily adjusted to suit different products and sample requirements. This feature is particularly beneficial in reducing the waste of large samples whilst maintaining
a true representation of the full load. High levels of consistency and accuracy can be
achieved from small samples reducing process time and waste. In an increasingly demanding market environment where cost effective, accurate and consistently representative sampling is paramount the unique Surespear system has been developed to meet the stringent requirements of current and proposed EU legislation.

Multi Range of Products can be Sampled
The CS30 and Patented Surespear system is unique in its capability of being able to accurately sample, without modification, a range of cereals, other small grains such as rice and animal feed pellets up to 6mm x 15mm.
Variable Sample Volumes Collected
Using the '1-2' Function Toggle Switch located in the Distribution Box
allows the operator to take samples on either the ascent motion of the Surespear or
the full descent and ascent of the cycle.
This feature, when used in conjunction with the adjustable aperture in the tip of the
Surespear, allows the collected sample volume to be easily adjusted to suit different
products and sample requirements. It is particularly beneficial in reducing the waste
of large samples whilst maintaining a true representation of the full depth of the load.
Bottom of Load Detection
This is an essential feature as it ensures that the bottom of load is detected, therefore
guaranteeing a truly representative core sample from the bottom to the top of the load.
When the bottom of the load is detected by a pressure sensor, the descent of the Surespear
will automatically stop. This feature also acts as a safety device ensuring that there is no
damage to the bottom of the vehicles being sampled.
